Egg Salad


hard boiled eggs, shelled and mashed
mustard, to taste
mayonnaise, to taste
sweet pickles, finely chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix together using enough mustard and mayonnaise to hold everything together and serve on lettuce leaf or in a sandwich.

To make Deviled Eggs, cut peeled hard boiled egg in half lengthwise. Mix only the hard boiled egg yolk with the above ingredients. Spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white halves.
