Granola


3 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients together.
Spread out on one large baking sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Stir every 15 minutes or so.

Freezer Friendly

NOTES: Recipe can easily be doubled (use 2 large cookie sheets). Try adding some vanilla, cinnamon and/or apple pie spice for added flavor.
