Fruited Stuffing Balls


2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 teaspoon rubbed sage (optional)
4 cups seasoned stuffing cubes
3/4 to 1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup dried apricots, finely chopped

In a large skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender.
Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Shape into 12 balls. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
