English Muffin Pizzas

4 English muffins, cut in half
1 8oz can tomato sauce (add Italian spices to taste)
8 slices mozzarella cheese
thin slices of pizza toppings (onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, salami, etc)

Spread sauce on muffin half and top with toppings. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese melts.

just had this today - 2 is too many for one person... used cheddar cheese instead, and costco canned tomato sauce with a little onion and pepperoni. Pretty good. -
