Chile Casserole


(recipe from Suzi Bennett 5/1978)

1 Small can diced green chiles
3 C grated Monterey Jack cheese
3 C grated Cheddar cheese
Rinse chiles then layer with cheeses in greased 8” or 8x10 casserole dish.

1 ½ C milk
2 eggs
½ flour
Mix together egg, flour and milk and pour over casserole.

Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until knife comes out clean.

Okay to prepare ahead and store in refrigerator.
