Bbq Marinade For Beef

1 5oz bottle of soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup bourbon or brandy
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together and pour over your choice of meat. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or over night, turning once. Cook as desired.

Great for the barbecue.
