Tuna Souffle


1 cup tuna (6 oz can)
3 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup thick white sauce
salt
pepper
paprika

Flake tuna and add white sauce (milk based), lemon juice and slightly beaten egg yolks. Season to taste. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into well greased dish. Set in pan of warm water. Bake at 400 degrees until a knife comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
