Spaghetti Sauce


Spaghetti Sauce

2 cans tomato paste, small
2 cans tomato sauce, large
3/4 can water of each above
salt and pepper to taste
garlic salt to taste
Italian seasonings to taste
1 pound ground beef or meatballs, already cooked

Mix all ingredients together, rinsing tomato cans with water and adding to sauce. Simmer for an hour or two, or put in slow cooker on low for 8-10 hours.

Serve over cooked pasta, stuffed shells or toast. Use this sauce in Lasagna recipe.

I make mine with diced tomatoes and add chopped vegetables (onion, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini). -
