Ham And Potato Casserole


Leftover ham, cut into bite sized pieces
1 small/medium Onion, sliced thinly
3-4 medium Potatoes, sliced thinly
Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks, optional
1 cup milk
Instant flour, several tablespoons
Salt and pepper to taste

In a greased dish, layer onion and potato. Sprinkle with instant flour. Add ham pieces and cheddar cheese pieces. Repeat a second layer. Season with salt and pepper. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Pour milk over casserole. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Note: dish may be runny but will set up with time. Do not cover while baking.
