Flautas De Pollo Chicken Burritos


12 flour tortillas
3 tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken broth (or water) divided-some for burrito, some for sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
dash paprika
dash pepper
1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (approx)
grated cheese

In skillet melt butter and cook onion. Blend flour into 1 cup water or broth and keep stirring as you add it to onions. Stir continually until mixture thickens. Add lemon juice, paprika and pepper Stir in chicken, add sour cream. Place about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on each tortilla. Roll up tightly. Serve with guacamole, cheese and lettuce.

Make gravy in same pan with remaining 1 cup broth. Add flour or corn starch and cook to thicken. Serve on top of burrito.

1/2 teaspoon of onion?? maybe 1/2 cup -
