Chipped Beef


4-5 potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
1 cup thin white sauce (milk based)
1 cup frozen peas
1 jar chipped dried beef, torn into small pieces
1/2 to 1 cup cheddar cheese, cut into bite size pieces

Cook potatoes. Drain and put in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add peas. Add beef and cheese. Pour white sauce on top. Season with pepper. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
