Chili


ground beef to taste (about 1 pound), browned and fat/grease removed
1 can chili beans (15oz)
1 can kidney beans (8oz)
1 can stewed tomatoes (8oz)
1 can tomato sauce (8oz)
water, enough to thin mixture
pinch of sugar

spices to taste (oregano, cumin, Italian spices)

Combine all ingredients and cook in crock-pot for 8-10 hours or on stove for several hours on low.

Top chili with grated cheddar cheese and/or ketchup. Serve with french bread and salad for a great winter dinner.
