Carbonara


2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz bacon — cooked and cut into small bits (don’t use smoke flavored) 4 eggs
1/4 cup heavy cream (may need more)
Pepper to taste
Spaghetti or Angel Hair pasta — or use your favorite

Beat eggs, add cream and cheese.
In a large pan, gently & slowly warm mixture.
Add bacon just before serving.
Pour over cooked pasta.

Freezer Friendly — may need a little more milk/cream to bring it back to life
