Strawberry Shortcake


Berries, your choice, any kind
1-2 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 1/3 cup Bisquick
3 tablespoons sugar

Slice berries and sprinkle with sugar. Refrigerate.

Add milk to Bisquick and sugar. Mix gently with a fork. Grease pans, or spray with Pam. Pat into an 8x8 pan, or drop into a muffin tin (6 muffins), or roll out and cut in rounds.

Bake at 450 degrees 15-20 minutes for 8x8 pan or 10-15 minutes for individual sizes.

Serve warm and cover with berries. Top with whipped cream if desired. Serve in a bowl and add milk for a moister dessert.
