Peach Crisp


Peach Crisp

1 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 large can (29oz) sliced peaches, partially drained

Pour peaches and juice in the bottom of an 8x8 or 8x10 baking dish. With a fork combine other ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees (375 for glass dish). Serve warm.

Add some oatmeal to the mix - yum! I drained almost all the syrup out. Baked for 25 minutes @ 375 in a glass pie dish, wasn't quite crisp. -

6/2019 made this with boysenberries instead of peaches. Good. -
